Mark Zuckerberg is the founder of the planet’s fastest growing social networking website “FACEBOOK.COM” and is the CEO of Facebook, Inc. He was born on 14th May 1984 to a Jewish American Family and grew up in Dobbs Ferry, New York. He married to his girlfriend Priscilla Chan. Mark Zuckerberg is a tremendously talent PHP programmer and alos heart-core Hacker. In the year 2008 he was covered by the Forbes Magazine and was therein declared as the youngest billionaire on planet earth and possible the youngest self-made billionaire ever.

His Education

Mark Zuckerberg is a student of Ardsley High School which is located in York. Later on he joined Phillips Exeter Academy (also called Exeter, Phillips Exeter or PEA) is a co-educational independent boarding school for grades 9–12, located on 619 acres (2.51 km2) in Exeter, New Hampshire, USA, 50 miles (80 km) north of Boston ands was recruited by both Microsoft and AOL in the senior year due to a hacking project. But Mark wanted to pursue his career and therefore he decided to join the world famous Harvard University. After enrolling himself in the university, Zuckerberg stared doing his dream projects. Some records reveal that once Zuckerberg was brought before the Administrative Board and was charged for breaking computer security and intellectual property.

Launch of Facebook.com

Today’s billion dollar project facebook.com was initially launched in the door room of Harvard University on 15 February 2004. It spread like a deadly virus and within just 14 days of its brith more that 2/3 of the university students signed up to it. The response of the user was extremely positive and therefore Zuckerberg and his friends planned out to spread the website to other schools, colleges and universities. With no time they successfully extended their website to more that 46 local institutes.

Turning Point

With the passes of time, several controversies and scandals clouded over Face book. Every controversy lead towards press release and with every press release, Facebook.com became more and more popular. The concepts of face book were unique, so every day thousand of people signed up as new users of Facebook.com. But the most significant turning point for Facebook.com was remarked on 24th October 2007 when Bill Gate’s company Microsoft Corporation decided to invest in Face book and thus purchased 1.6 % of its share for $240 million. By the beginning of 2008 this cool guy and PHP programmer was no more an next door guy because he worth more than 1.5 billion.
