Deterrent Theory

Reformative Theory

  1. It directs to impose the lesser punishments and stress more on reformation.
  2. The primary object of this theory is to reform the criminals.
  3. It shows the affection on the criminals.
  4. The reformative theory is proved failure in case of habitual and hardened criminals.
  5. It is a new theory.
