I wish to inform you that I have been transferred to the Branch …………………… (location) of my office, which is very far from the present accommodation. Hence, I have been offered a flat by my company in ……………………, which is close to office. Keeping in view, the daily inconvenience in reaching my place of work from here, I have decided to accept the company’s offer. Hence, I will have to terminate my tenancy one month from tomorrow.
We will be moving into our new flat next week. Through we are vacating the flat; we do not mind paying you one month’s rent. A month’s time I believe, is sufficient to find new tenants.
