The time zone in Joomla can be changed in Global Configuration Page. To do so please just follow the below given easy steps.

Login to your Joomla back-end (yoursite.com/administrator)

Click “Site” Tab and then go to Global Configuration.

Now click on the “Server”.

Once done click the “Time Zone” combo box (drop down box) inside the “Local Settings” frame and thereby choose the required Time Zone.

Click the “Save” .
