We regret to inform you that we are being repeatedly billed for a T.V. set which was returned to you about four months ago. We had purchased on _________________ T.V. set which was later on found to be defective. The set was returned to you through your mechanic who issued the memo for credit. It is embarrassing that we are being billed for a T.V. set which has been in your possession for the last three months.
